Help blood pooring out of my pipped egg

It seems like the egg was dropped from a small height. It's possible that a shell shard caused the chick to bleed.
I hope it can be saved, but that's so much blood.

This might make sense. In the picture, you can see that there are the egg rollers behind it with some eggs behind it, that are sitting off the ground. If it was sitting there, it could have rolled off the egg rollers and cracked. Its a pretty short distance, but maybe if the egg pipped and had a crack in it, it broke there. Hey, I just saw the notification @Weeg. What I tried when this happened to me was getting some original neosporin without pain relief and a Q-tip, putting a medium sized layer of it on the egg and closing the incubator. It hatched out two days later.

But Happy is correct: A chick's beak can't break off a circular shape like that.

mu curiosity went like this how old is that embryo now??!! with so much blood will it be able to get enough blood supplies for energy so that it will kick off the shell when it hatch..i probably think in my opinion it will need to be assited after all if it's still alive

This is the guide to assisted hatching. It has information about how to stop the bleeding as well as other information in case you need to help this chick hatch when the time comes. It looks like it has lost a lot of blood, I hope he makes it. Sorry.

Does that work for eggs/wet chicks as well as adult chickens? (not trying to say you're wrong, just trying to learn lol)

You can use cornstarch on adult birds too! I use it for digging out bumble foot, jus didn't know if it was safe or not for an egg.
