Help! Bugs....

I just saw all these bugs in my coop! Never had this before....what are they? HELP!!!

Are they on a vinyl floor...or.....?
Need to have a clear pic, closer up, with something for scale of size to tell what they are.
But not likely to be a threat to your chickens.

That is the vinyl I have on the wall, under their roost
