Hi.
We have a chicken who has a huge bump with a scab on it in between her toes. We diagnosed it as bumblefoot. Last night we were able to get the scab off (there was no puss) and clean it thoroughly with hydrogen peroxide and put some Neosporin on it. After wrapping it with gauze we put her in the coop.
This morning, we checked on her and the same scab had formed and it looked no different from before we treated it. Not only that, but there is another bump next to it in between her toes. What should we do?? Is there anything we can do to help her?
