Help- Bump on Chickens face

Yesterday I noticed this bump on my chickens face. I did some research but I couldn't seem to find much. Is everything okay with her? Is this a normal thing in chickens? I am sorry the picture is not the best quality.

I can't really see it. Is it the bump thing between her eye and her beak?

It could be fowl pox, but I don't think so. Is she showing any other symptoms?

She is acting normal no suspicious behaviour. I've only noticed that bump on her face. Yes, I've heard of fowlpox but, I don't think that this is it.... she doesn't have any scabs, and she is still laying daily .

hmmm. It may just be a benign mass. Like a wart?

Yeah maybe, I've also heard that It may be respiratory disease, I really hope not. Have you heard anything on that?

Feel the bump- does it feel hard? Soft? Squishy? full of liquid? full of air?

I am unfortunately unable to feel the bump. For some reason she is running away from me when I try to feel it.
