Help! Can anyone tell me what sex these Welsummers are?

Looking like 2 pullets and 2 cockerels to me.

It's really much too early to be certain. The one does look different from the other three, but I wouldn't put too much stock in that just yet. Different strains of Welsummers will show different traits in the chicks. Wait until they feather out a bit-- any that get black feathers at the breast are cockerels. Pullets will have a rusty red or salmon color at the breast.
