Help! Chick can't stand up!

Hi all,

We just had two chicks hatch, and one is very weak. Her legs won't straighten to ~90, and I'm not sure why. Her legs look like they'd just came into the world, even though they are around 18 hours old. It has been a HUGE problem for her, as it makes walking a whole lot harder. Any advice?

Fine. Still having trouble with the same problem, though. She hatched yesterday at 10 P.M.

Hi all,

The chick that was having problems is know doing fine. She is acting just like any other chick should, and through some physical therapy, she has learned to walk. We have named her Blannie. THANK YOU for all your help, for Blannie would die without it.

Vitamins that include riboflavin can be helpful with leg and foot issues. Poultry Cell and some other vitamins contain riboflavin.
