HELP!!! CHICK EMERGENCY.

Then I would supplement to see if she improves, and add a feeder or two, spaced as much as you can, to try to give more chances to feed. Having some shelter spots, where she can kind of hide behind (make sure there are at least two ways in/out always so no one can be cornered) may help also. Stacks of blocks, pallets on their side (make sure they cannot fall or be knocked down), shrubs, etc all make good places to hide behind. Roosts outside that they can get up and away on. Just depends on your set up and how much space you have (the more the better-space also gives them more room to get away).

The video looks like a chicken that is adjusting her crop. Feel of her crop to see if it is full and hard or puffy. In the early morning before she has eaten or drunk anything, feel of it when it should be empty and flat. Let us know what you find.

Is she unable to feed herself? Or just doesn't want to eat? Is what is going on worse than what we see in the video?
Don't give her any more feed today, see how the crop feels first thing in the morning. If it's not empty then, before food or water, then let us know.
