HELP!! chick has just pipped opposite from air sac!!

This egg was accidentally put into he incubator upside down (it was hard to tell which end was the point). Unfortunately I did not notice the air sac location till I was locking down (it's my first time)

The chick has pipped totally opposite from the air sac and has not yet broken the membrane. Just a tiny bit of shell has been knocked away.

What should I do? I want to save if at all possible. I am kinda panicking that he/she will drown?

Thanks!! I made sure she had a little hole to breathe. She was moving around and chirping and I could see her beak. Still no further progress. Hopefully it'll just take some time. Fingers crossed.
