HELP CHICK HATCHED WITH BRAIN OUTSIDE OF ITS HEAD!!!

My black cochin bantam hatched her eggs out today and one had its brain out of its head. It's chirping and moving fine. I don't think it will make it though. Should I cull it or let it pass on it own?
I will have to get pictures. I had one but deleted it.

I mean its wobbling around and chirping. I will check in the morning. I have already dug a whole for it but I can't just kill it. I'm kinda attached to it now since it has been going through so much on the first 8 hours its been hatched.

It's ok. It got out of the nest and got into the water and drownd. I just buried it.
