Help chick hatching with crooked beak and no eyes at all !!!!!

I never said that I would let it suffer just bc I couldnt handle doing the deed myself. My husband handles what I cant . Being harsh is the same things as being rude . It was out right rude to attack me like that for me just asking on what should I do . I didnt ask about help with culling it I asked if it could possible survive. Maybe someone had experience before and could lend some advice. I am the most caring person I absolutely love animals and I always do what's best for my animals. They dont know me from Adam so to attack me out the gate is VERY RUDE .

I haven't had one born without eyes, but I have had a couple blind ones. I've also had a couple with minor cross break. Keeping a blind chicken happy and healthy requires a lot of dedication and hard work. Add the beak problem to that and it will be that much harder. So yeah, it can survive, but will you be able to care for it?

I didn't think he was attacking you.

apparently it had way more issues than just the beak and the no eyes
Cross beak is indicative of skeletal and other internal deformities, often unseen until later, and the no eyes confirms serious genetic or incubation issues.
Are the other chicks in the hatch OK?
You might want to look at your parent stock for too close of familial connections.

Hi. Ok, being direct and forthright doesn't mean rude. The person who gave you the advice isn't a rude person, from what I've seen. Remember that emotion, facial expressions and intent do not come across in text! Let it go, please, and just understand that no one is calling you anything, and we understand that you're a caring person and this is an upsetting situation for you. All you can do is your best and whatever your conscience dictates.
I hate to kill, too, and I understand how you feel...I've also had to cull animals and I understand the other side. Hugs! All good now, I hope? :hugs:thumbsup
