HELP!! Chick is lethargic and not walking!!

Hi, my week old bantam chick is very lethargic, pooping completely white, and he will not get up or walk, he will not open his eyes either, we gave him some honey diluted water to get him going and that seemed to help wake him up, he’s chirping a bit right now but mostly sleeping, any advice please? Also once in a while he makes a clicking with his throat by opening his mouth.

Unfortunately I am not great with chicks, so I'm afraid I'm not much help here besides make sure he doesn't get too hot. I've had some that are weakened to where they cook because they can't move away

Do you have any pictures of his poop? What has he been eating? @MGG @CHlCKEN @Eggcessive @aart @JacinLarkwell Do any of you have thoughts?

I'm not sure what might be going on.

You mentioned unusual poop, so that makes me think Coccidiosis possibly.

How old is the feed? Is the feed spoiled? Any sign of mold, or moldy smell?

What brand of chick feed are you feeding, & have they been given anything besides chick feed?

No mold or anything, it’s sealed shut and it’s about 1/2 a month to a month old.
