Help!!!! Chick stuck in Egg?

Okay so today I went out to my chicken coop to check on the chicks that are hatching and one chick was very stuck in in his egg. The membrane had dried out and he still cannot leave. I wrapped him in a warm wet towel but I don't know if its helping. I have no Idea what to do so any response is appreciated! Thank you!

Maybe use warm water to get the egg unstuck, then get it back under momma quick.

I'd peel it off. It might be hard if it's really dry, so moisten it some more. Then put the chick back under mom. Hope it goes well!

Use oil! Water can draw moisture from the membrane. Dab it with oil and put her back under her mom. I hope it goes well.

Coconut oil is best. At this point, though, you really just need to get the chick out. It's done with the blood and yolk; it's just stuck.

Thank you for all the help yesterday day! I did what you said and the chick came out fine! The only problem he seems to be having right now is just his neck. He seems to have some trouble lifting it but I think he will be fine once he rests for a little while. Thank you all for helping me save this chick!
