Help..Chick with a crooked neck

Today I had a chick hatch and its neck is crooked. It kind of forms a j-shape and the beak is pointing off to the side of the bird. I am wondering if there is anything to do to straighten out the neck?

Thanks for the link. The crooked neck seem to mostly fix itself. Most of the time it is able to point its head forward but the whole neck kind of leans off to one side.
