Help: Chick With Big Lump on Thigh (PICS)

Hi, I have a 5 day old chick that has developed a lump on its thigh. It’s acting completely normal, but is obviously miss-proportioned from one side to the other. The lump is squishy and doesn’t seem to hurt the chick. I have attached some pics for reference. Thanks for any suggestions!

Any ideas? I’ve noticed it’s crop area has a squishy lump as well, but not near as big. Chick is still acting lively, but appears it may be hindering how it stands/sits a bit. Sorry, just worrying terribly over here.
