HELP-Chick with water balloon

This Chick is 3 weeks old, has anyone seen this, will she out grow it, do I need to drain it, advice please, been raising chicks for 40 years and have never seen anything like this. Its like a water balloon

I know it extremely rare, but there has been a few cases of an egg inside of another egg. Don't laugh, but this might be the case.
Your chick might have a "twin", an unhatched egg attached somehow.

Has it been the same size since it hatched? Was the egg larger than normal?

I got 50 from Ideal poultry "Black sex links" I noticed this at about 1 week old and put her in a separate pen.
Like I said it feels like a water balloon not hard at all feels like liquid inside
it is growing with her. She eats, drinks, poops like normal. was thinking of taking a syrange with a med needle and try to drain it.

What does her poop look like?

as normal as chick poop is. Thats what is so amazing she acts normal just with this on her rear

That is strange. I would try to drain it like you said.
If you can post pics, that would be good.
I've dealt with tons of chick related problems, but this is new to me. I'm really curious to see what comes out(color/thickness)
