I took close ups of her leg. The one she is not using is her right one.

Can someone tell me if the tendon is in place? I never felt anything 'pop' so i am not sure.

As you can see it is still slightly swollen and red.

She also is not spreading her toes on the same foot and refuses to rest on it.

I wish I could help you more, but I have not treated a slipped tendon myslf. If you take any more pics, could you get a close up of her standing either from the front or the back? I really hope that she has just injured the leg, and it will heal in a few days.

After massaging the hock and seeing if i could see any difference between the left leg and the right, i decided to make a shoe for the poor girl and a hobble. Here are some recent pics of the hock.

Thanks for all the help. Shes going strong on getting food and water by herself, but still refusing to put pressure on the bad leg.

It doesn't really look like a slipped tendon to me. When the tendon slips to one side or the other the leg typically sticks out in the opposite direction. (I have treated a slipped tendon, unsuccessfully, but Peg Leg Pete grew up perfectly fine with one functioning leg.)
That doesn't mean it isn't related to the hock, it just doesn't look slipped. This was my chick.

EDIT: With my limited experience with leg issues, ALL of them turned out better than a slipped tendon so it's a good thing it doesn't look like this. A slight limp when it grows up is far easier to deal with than one-leg hopping.

Even if her leg doesnt recover, there is still a chance she can live happy?

Im hoping the shoe helps and i upped the intake of the riboflavin supplement for her.

Yes, she can definitely still live happily as long as it doesn't continue to cause pain. This is Peg Leg Pete now.

I would consider trying Rooster Booster Poultry Cell it has come highly recommended or Polyvisol WITHOUT iron which is actually a liquid baby vitamin. I'm not saying the one you're using isn't suitable, I just have been told these are good.

In this chick who belonged to @Ciqala, it was originally thought to be a slipped tendon, but the chick grew up and was still alive a couple of years later, the last I heard. It looked to me, more like a varus deformity, but he was able to get around with his disability.
