Help! Chicken acting crazy

My chicken just started to act totally abnormal in a matter of two days. It stumbles and walks in circles, and seems to be blind. She tilts her head every which way too. We went to the store tonight and picked up some poly vi sol and got a few good squirts in her. I read that this may help if it is a vitamin deficiancy. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated...
