Help! Chicken acting off, Breathing heavier then usual, laying down in random places?

She lived through the night!
I am giving her some warm VetRX, And Electrolytes mixed in water, with some garlic in yogurt, Apple Cider vinegar and water and Thats it, for now.
I'm not sure if its URI, she seems pretty much fine now.
