That is the same as triple antibiotic.

yeah the neosporin is just a little different cause it has bacitracin. and triple antibiotic ointment doesnt

Triple antibiotic is neomycin bacitracin and polymyxin B, so yes it is the same. Polysporin lacks the neomycin which some can be allergic to. Bacitracin lacks neomycin and polymixin B.

It seems to me that you said I was wrong. I am an RN, so am familiar with both products being the same. One is generic and one is brand name. You can see that the ingredients are the same here:

Anyhow, it doesn't really matter which product is used whether it is Neosporin, Bacitracin, Triple Antibiotic, or Polysporin--all will work.
