help chicken falling down

started yesterday hen falling when trying to clean feathers. Is she egg bound? felt around cant tell

I am not that educated on egg bound behaviors but could she have eaten something she shouldn't have eaten making her ill?

maybe. She hasnt gotten any worse so I am ruling out the egg bound deal. She goes out in the grass and pecks around the only time she gets wobbly is when she tries to preen her feathers and bends her head down. i am wondering if it is an inner ear thing. I dont know how to treat that. i do have antibiotics that I have been putting in her water. Your thoughts
