her head is kindof in a weird spot. sortof like wry neck. should i make her a neck brace?

I don't think I would try a neck brace since her wounds are on the neck.
It looks like you have some sock rolls for her to rest her head, good idea.

If possible to help keep her box clean line the box with a puppy pad - makes it easier for you to clean up after her too. A thick towel rolled up for her to rest on may help make her more comfortable as well.

If you need to, you can trim the feathers away from the wounds to help you see better. Do you notice any odor from the wounds?
Pedialyte is good to give, so push fluids when you can. I would also give her poultry vitamins that contain E. Poultry Nutri-Drench or Poultry Cell are my 2 favorite choices. Bits of egg and wet feed may entice her to eat something.

Are there any open wounds on the bird? How old is she? When did she get attacked?

i got her from a friend who found her in their yard. she grew a little when we got her but i've had her for a year. i think she may be a year and a half. she got attacked yesterday morning

i have been giving her pedialyte when she is awake but i'll try wet feed and egg. i don't really notice an odor from the wounds. i've been putting neosporin on them as well. i'm kindof scared to trim the feathers. would i need to use scissors or what would be best? i can tell something happened to her neck because of how she rests it and she won't let me get closer to look at it. also when she woke up she stumbled a little but i don't know if its because she was confused because yesterday she was standing well.

Yes, you can use scissors to trim the feathers.

I understand when a bird is injured, they don't like to be handled, but sometimes you do need to in order to access the damage. She may be more comfortable wrapped in a towel like a burrito when you treat her - it will make it easier for you to control her as well - just don't wrap too tight.
The stumbling could be from dehydration, the injury, etc. Hard to know which one. Getting her hydrated is important - you are doing good getting fluids into her, but she may need more.

she's been breathing better and has been sleeping all day. should i be concerned about it? i don't really know the recovery process on chickens.

i've been giving her more fluids but its hard since she's been sleeping.

also i think the stumbling was because she tripped on the sock pillow while stretching her wings

no there are no noises while she is breathing. yesterday there were but today there weren't. i'll wake her every hour to feed snd give her water. i'm pretty sure this is how she breathes while she sleeps when she wasn't injured because i've looked at her
