Help!! Chicken hide and seek!!

Okay. I have 6 RIR. They are 2.5 months old. No issues with any of them not retirning to the coop until this morning. I didn't do a head count last night, and this morning i realized i was misisng one. She finally found me once it got daylight and i cried my eyes out. Tonight, same girl isn't in the coop. Why isn't she roosting? I can't find her either?

Welcome! Is this pullet at the bottom of the pecking order? Maybe the others are keeping her out.
Pictures of your coop would help, and how big is it?
If she's not in tonight, get out there with a flashlight and look hard for her. Have a fish net and get her down and into the coop, if possible.

Shes actually the head of the pack i guess, the others follow her around. Ive looked around fir her but there is brush she could be hiding in. She comes when i call her (they all do) in the daylight. Im currently at work. This is the most recent picture i have. We're nit done with the coop. We have since added a ladder for a temporary roost.

I also believe she is the head of the "pack" because she hasn't been pecked at like the others.

Yes, for about 2 weeks. They get let out ij the morning and put up at night

No, she joined the others when i lwt them out. I just closed them all up early tonight.

Thats what i was planning on doing tonight before work (graveyard shift)
