Yes. But what are you using to pick it off with. If your not using a needle use a needle stick it only alittle into a spot near it and try to dig-pick it out.
What does the dot look like can you post a picture of it please.

I tried to post a picture but my phone wont let me for some reason. so the dot wouldn't come of at all, I just ended up brusing her foot! I got her some of those poly- vi -sol Baby vitamins to see if its vitamin B deficiency. If it is how long till she starts improving? it's been 2 days. Thanks for helping me so much!

That's a good idea with the poly-v-sol. I agree since its not coming off it probably is vitamin b deficiency. I'm guessing since its been 2 days maybe another 2-4 days. Hope it helps!
