Help. Chicken won't open eyes or stand.

Hard to tell exactly, but based on the description and the last two pictures, where the bird looks ill (hunched up, ruffled feathers, tucked head), it sounds like Coccidiosis.

Ok guys thank you all for the replies. She's warmed up and I started hearing little faint chirps. I picked her up and she cracked open her eyes. I did dip her beak in water and she took to it a few times but otherwise wants nothing to do with it. It seems when I held her she perked up a bit more. She' Now laying on her tummy not her side. She' still trying to sleep but opens her eyes each time I pet her back and she moves her head towards me. I'm not quite sure the exact food as my husband bought it and feeds them but I do remember it being a bag saying organic and scratch grain. As far as poop.....I have not seen her poop in front of me. My husband is usually the one out there and when I am, I'm not paying attention to that. Is poop watching something I should be regularly doing?

Oh no. I just thought the tucked head was a silly thing she did to sleep. So it' not a normal thing at all?

At her age coccidiosis would be something to consider treating for. Get Corid powder or liquid at your feed store. Mix 1 1/2 tsp of the powder, or 2 tsp ofthe of the Corid per gallon of water for 5-7 seven days. Initially give her 2 drops of the undiluted liquid Corid, or mix 1 1/2 tsp of powder into 2 tsp of water, and give that to her 2 drops twice a day, and let her also drink the medicated water.

Right now, get fluids into her by dipping her beak into water or electrolytes (pedialyte or Gatorade will work in a pinch) by dipping her beak into a small cup of water for a second. A small measuring cup works well for that. While you are working with her, feel of her crop to see if it is empty or full, hard or puffy. Keep her warm.
