HELP! CHICKENS WITH BAD FEATHERS AND MAYBE DISEASE OR MITES?

PLZ HELP ME!! My chickens have poopy buts, and i dont know if u can see, but they also have "v" shaped feathers. this has been going on too long and i dont know why

Not sure about there being an issue with v shaped feathers... for the poo give them regular baths or just cut the feathers off around the vent.
