HELP!! Chicks are pecking just one chick

This may or may not help. If the coop is too small or too warm chickens are more likely to pick. They will also do so if they are bored. I used to have a small hay rack with alfalfa in it available in the coop. Pecking at the hay would keep them busy. Sometimes hanging something like a head of cabbage will help. If they draw blood, obviously remove the chick. You can put something like BluKote on any sores. If the others see any red spots they will really start to pick.

Do you just have 3 birds?
And agree, it would be very handy to see where they spend their time.:)
Another question if you do only have 3, could you have one or two more?
I have 6 total here are some pictures of the coop, the run area and the backyard and of course my girls (minus the gray one, he’s a roo, I heard him crow the other day )

Well the space seems big enough, but overall it's pretty bare. If you can pick up some "stuff" to add to the area it'll give them some new things to explore, as well as naturally provide some hiding spots to any bird that's getting picked on by breaking line of sight from attackers. An easy addition that wouldn't be a total eyesore would be some patio furniture, plant pots, even a few tree stumps, to give them a variety of things to go around, under and on top of.
