HELP! CHICKS HAVE BLOOD/AND OR INTESTINAL SHEDDING IN THEIR STOOL.

I got my chicks at a pet store and I just noticed that they had blood in their stool. It is not a huge amount of blood but it does have a tiny amount of blood that look pinkish red on a part of the poop. I am in panic. The chicks are two and a half weeks old, and they got ahold of some mealworms and ate a handful. Anyone have any idea if this is coccidiosis or damage to the intestines?

If you saw blood get Corid tomorrow. Don't wait...get it.

There are only a few of them 3-4 and two water poops, and regular poops in the brooder.
