Help choosing a flock to manage..

I am thinking Speckled Sussex, Dominique, and Buff Orpington. I am in the mountains above Williamsport, PA and these breeds work really well for me because we get more snow than in town. We do have a potential winter storm coming 8 - 12 inches of snow coming and could be more. Some of my chickens are going to be fine with it ( mainly these breeds ) and others.... not so much.
Brahmas are very cold hardy look up there cold tolorence if u have time have featherd feet and small combs to prevent frostbite and aton of featheres look up light Brahma cold tolerence
 
No particular reason.. it's why I'm here asking 🙂 i don't prefer any breed as I know very little other than what I've read. Don't folks typically prefer friendly chickens?
It depends. Some people like the aggressive ones for fighting purpose

check out my brahma info on page 7 bottom of the page here are some pictures of a light brahma cockerel if u care about the look females look pretty simular wait do you already have chickens and were sayin ur breeds or lookin for suggestions

yah depends were you live but they dont realy fight them in the us theres some but not much at all mmore of a mexico thing i was in mexico one time its so diffrent and cool
Yea they fight them here in Jamaica! Big money business here. It's not legal though. I hope to visit Mexico one day. You are not the first person to let me know its cool there

those are not a week old are you saying you got 12 chickens a week old each there not a week old tho or if not and there 12 weeks how many did u get? :thumbsup
