HELP! Clogged nostrils (thick yellowish mucous), swollen yellowish spots under eyes, runny eyes

Ugh, not what I wanted to hear, but yeah, common sense. There are other chicken owners on the street and I certainly don't want to make anyone's cluckers sick, and I want to keep my original flock healthy and hopefully non carrier, I'll get them tested when I can afford it.

I haven't killed a thing in many years, I'm the hippie vegetarian type, and the friends I know who'd do it own chickens so I won't expose them or their flocks. This is going to be a difficult day/week

Call your State vet or one of the labs, they might be willing to send someone out to pick them up for testing, or you could send the bodies via FedEx for testing. To save money on shipping, ask if you can use their FedEx account number. Of course if you're close enough to one of the four labs listed below you could just drop them off yourself and they will probably euthanize them as part of the $15 necropsy charge.

This morning she's doing a lot better, go figure :/ This is so stressful. I couldn't get the medicine, then we decided we'd cull, and now this morning she's doing great, the swelling has gone down, she's eating more and her nostrils aren't as clogged. She still smells funny but nothing like yesterday. Both her eyes are opened normal now.
All I did is give her a mix of flax seeds, molasses, oat bran, chick crumbles and children's multivitamins.

Are any of the labs close to you? If so, you could take one there and have them swab her sinuses, or maybe draw some blood. That shouldn't cost much, and you wouldn't have to cull.
