A small live trap with some canned cat food should work. Fish flavor if you want to catch a mink.

I didn't have anything this morning so I went ahead and put the birds over the fence.
The little pest got away clean.
I will miss our birds and hope that they are chasing grasshoppers in chicken heaven RIP girls.
