HELP Crows Stealing Eggs!

Please help the Crows are stealing my Duck and Chicken Eggs right out of there Nest box's I watched one yesterday pick a tiny hole in one and carry it off!
I thought about shooting them but all I have is a Beebe gun that not working very will and the duck just run from them as do the chickens I have two very big tom turkeys in both areas but by the time they try and get them it to late. I'm lost they have taken over 25 eggs and 8 baby Chicks in the past 2 weeks. I do not know how to stop them any Ideas?

Go to a home improvement store and see if you can find deer netting, it's by all the other fencing. It's a lightweight netting that you can put across the top of your fencing to keep them out. Otherwise, find someone with a gun that can come out and shoot them.
