Help! Crushed egg? Chick bloody but still breathing

He's out! A few hours ago I went to check on him and he was completely out and disconnected. He just has a small spot on him where his cord was but otherwise seems good. He is very wobbly but he has drank a little bit of water and is mostly sleeping and peeping.
Don't touch it!!!!!

Glad to hear he's doing well. The important thing for now, is that it dries. The umbilical spot should close up when he is dry. :jumpy

How many other hatched chicks are there?

There were 2 others. The first that hatched was a RIR chick, the second chick was black. One of the broodies killed the second one :( I am debating now what to do with this poor little one. Being there are 2 mothers and just one chick right now (they are in a seperate coop from the rest of the flock) I may take out the bantam who killed the second chick in the morning and try to introduce this chick to my Dutch bantam who seems to be the better of the two mothers.

Pictures are requisite :old
