This morning I candled both of the eggs and saw some veining in one of the eggs and an enlarged air sack, could it be possible, that one could still hatch?

Help does anyone know how I can help a mal positioned chick? I think one still may be alive, I candled both again today, one still had some veining and was mostly dark. I think it may be in a wrong position, that is why it hasn't pipped, I think the other egg is dead. Please see images below.

Please really could use some advice now, as it is day 23 and I think that if I don't help this chick has no chance at all.

Chicks that are positioned incorrectly can usually still hatch on their own. I see no signs of an internal pip which means a safety hole is useless. There really isn’t anything (that I know of) that you can do if they haven’t even made an internal pip. Either they still aren’t ready or the chick is too weak to make the pip.
I’m so sorry:hugs
