She is probably overheated if she’s making a clicking noise. Please make sure that the Neosporin says original ointment and does not have any pain killers, which are toxic to chickens. I strongly recommend getting some veterciyn, even though it’s 20 or so dollars. It’s so worth it, it helps with just about everything, I promise. I also recommend nutri drench but regular hydro hen or other electrolytes work fine. Both can be found at tractor supply and most likely your local feed store will carry them. I have noticed you can hear a little clicking noise when she starts breathing really heavy (like when she gets excited and wants to run when I change her gauze) so I was worried about that as well!
