HELP Drake is limp and might have worms

I took him to the vet 2 weeks ago and they gave us clindamycin. I give him that 2x a day and the vitamin B. He's been the same with no improvements but today I noticed he has crusty feathers around his eyes and his feet look like this. I think the feet have been like this since he's had the issue but I just noticed it. Any ideas?

Crusty feathers around the eyes . . . some kind of discharge . . . still indicates an infection. It could be resistant to clindamycin - I would tell the vet and switch antibiotics.

Do you by chance know what's wrong with the feet? His "knuckles" look almosted scabed and dry on both feet. All of my other ducks feet look normal.

His system is being stressed by something. Could be bacterial infection, could be fungal infection, could be metal poisoning.

Once the issue or issues are treated, I would expect things overall to approve.

Should I continue giving him the medication? He's been spitting it up a lot which may be why he's not responding to it

Hmmm, maybe separate the drake for a bit and give him some water therapy, see if that helps... just put him in bathtub or something deep enough to just stay and swim for a while...

As for their weight, what are you feeding them? Are they free ranging or penned? Are their keels (breast bone) sticking out?
We don't have a bathtub just a shower. Must he be able to swim. We have one of the smaller pools I could fill. It would at least be warm water,) but but not deep enough to swim. Also have one of the large blue hard plastic pools they can swim if they pull their feet up but it's probably 200 gallons to get it full enough to swim ( barely). The problem is how to get 200 gal or even 50 gal of warm water. All I can think of that I might be able to get deep enough warm water so that his feet are off the bottom is a tote & I fear he will be fighting me all the way.
