Ummm well I’ve tried to keep heat between 95-99 but it was in a shoe box until last 4 days because I could only get humidity up
To 50% then I rigged up something to up humidity & that’s been working. But sometimes temp would drop a little.

The egg is not ready.
You only would need to make a safety hole once it actually does the internal pip.
Sit tight and wait for an internal pip.

It's getting ready. Check back on it every few hours for the internal pip.
Once it does the internal pip it can still take another whole 2 days to hatch. Ducks are stuck in slow motion and like to take FOREVER!
