Help! duck egg day 29, no pipping - pic included... getting anxious

Zip lock bag.
Hydrometer in bag.
Salt slurry in plastic dish next to the hydrometer.
Leave over night.
Should read 75%.

Not to be argumentative, but overnight may not be necessary. It more depends on the amount of slurry, the wetness of the slurry, and how quickly the hygrometer stabilizes. I just check the reading every half hour or so, and watch for it to be consistent. If you happen to use a little too much salt, and the slurry dries out overnight, then the reading could be too low. So watching it over the course of a few hours can give a better indication.

I do agree with you WV...I like to say over night so people don't expect it to happen in just one hour though...but your point is a great one that I never even considered.

We buried quackers today here’s post :
Quackers Lee Diary final entry: We found this pretty rock today and decided to use it as Quackers memorial stone. We buried him today to teach the boys that all life is precious and all life is a gift. You honor those that you love. They cried when the saw him 1 last time. Then they said Quackers is in heaven with their little brothers or sisters and that they will take care of Quackers now. So sweet.
