Help! duck egg day 29, no pipping - pic included... getting anxious

(I have chicks hatching today and I’m at work too, so we can commiserate)

Yep I do!! I just can’t wait for it to hatch! I think typical Leo just wants everyone to wait to make a grand entrance!! How many do you have hatching today ?

Ducks having a longer incubation period is bad enough, then they tease us by pipping early and getting us excited and anxious, then they still take their darn sweet time.

I have 11 OEGB eggs in. 3 were pipped when I left for work this morning.
(the first one pipped between midnight and 2am, second one between 2-4am, 3rd one when I got up again at 6am) If I wake up, I go look

Ok I'll admit it, I sometimes even set alarms overnight, but usually don't need them because I don't sleep much anyway.

You need a web cam on the egg so you can watch it while at work.

Wow I’m jelly! But what’s OEGB EGGS?i wake up 3x a night to start wee but while I’m up I check on egg! I’m thinking how can I get more fertilized eggs and an incubator to hatch more babies!

Yes, duck eggs can take awhile to hatch, just give the little guy some time! If he hasn't done anything for awhile though, I would drill a small hole in the top air sac. I'm really hoping that everything turns out well!
