HELP duck eggs externally pipped over 48 ago

Hi my duck egg externally pipped over 48 hours ago. Just has it’s beak sticking out of hole. Hasn’t progressed at all. What should I do?

The other egg I have in my incubator pipped and hatched this morning. Should I assist the other?

I’ve only done one hatch before so I’m not an expert - just want to say that first.
Is the duckling still breathing? Making “chewing” motions with its mouth?
if it’s making chewing motions it’s still absorbing the yolk.

Yes it’s beak is opening and shutting. Looks upside down though
