I pulled a little back and I still see veins so I stopped!
I added Vaseline. Her eye is exposed a little. Should I worry that it will dry out?As long as the duckling can breathe best to just leave it alone. If membrane is dry add more oil or Vaseline to keep it moist.
Does yawning mean that she’s not ready? I just saw her yawn a couple of timesI know it’s hard to sit an watch and not do anything but you don’t want to cause bleeding either.
Thank you! I’m so worriedYawning means she is still absorbing the yolk you want that completely absorbed before hatching. Sorry I was in the coop. Hopefully you’ll have someone who can stay with you on soon.
