Help! Ducklings dying suddenly

Soooo sorry for your losses. Just horrible ordeal to go thru.
I think I would contact the feed store that mixed that stuff. Maybe others have reported losses too, if they would tell you. But they should be warned. Heck, they should buy new ones for you!

We've got another batch, ordered a couple months ago, scheduled to arrive next week. Chicks, too.

I suppose our best course of action is to change things up and feed only dry feed, though I do wonder if actually fermenting it (versus just wetting and partially souring it) would be a good safeguard.

Lots of advice on here about whether to feed FF or not, my experience is I have feed FF to ducklings, gosling and chicks from hatch for over 6 yrs and it has worked great with no problems, some say no so I can only share my experience. So I leave that decision up to you. this is what I went by. using ACV.

Not sure I'd use that feed source though.
