HELP! Ducks having trouble walking, dying after several days

I only heard about NC from here on BYC. How many ducks have you lost and how long has this been going on? How many are still healthy?

I lost two, there's a third who is inside the house right now showing symptoms. There are three who are still healthy.

The first duck that passed showed symptoms about a month ago. It seems like every two weeks another duck comes down with this disease, and so far only one at a time.

EDIT: I live on the west coast though, nowhere near CA.

I have been giving her the Epsom salt flush from this: https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/flushes-for-aiding-in-toxin-removal.700526/

She has also been getting electrolyte/vitamin supplement and she is in isolation.

She is still alert and can move around but tires out very easily and sometimes can't lift her head.

The thread says

Epsom Salt Flush:
3 Tsp. Epsom Salts.
1 ½ Cups water
¼ – ½ gram vitamin and electrolyte powder * Optional
2 – 3 times a day for 3 days or until a full recovery is made.

I have been giving her the electrolytes in between Epsom doses to help keep her from getting dehydrated. Am I doing that wrong?

I think it is. I was worried she wouldn't make it through last night but the flush seems to have let her pull through. However, I don't know if it'll be enough.

She seems to be doing better today. I gave her a bath while I cleaned out her crate and she tried to make a run for it She was slow and didn't have much balance + kept tripping on her wings, but yesterday she could hardly walk so this is much better.
