Help! EE Pullet or cockerel?

So confused. This chick was bought locally, and I was ensured it was a Pullet. It was brought to my attention that the comb looked like a cockerel. I cannot have a roo in my neighborhood. She/he is ~10 weeks old. Of course she is stressed by me chasing her for a pic lol. Please help if you can. Thanksgiving!

What gives it away? Trying to learn so it doesn't happen again

He has a well developed, bright pink comb by 10 weeks of age. Girls don't start turning pink and developing their combs until around 14 to 18 weeks old.
