Help!! Egg bound, or what? She's in Pain.

Our barred Rock has a swollen back end and is losing all her feathers. Some poop there that smells.
I put some coconut oil on her vent. What can I do next? Parasites?

How old is she? When was her last egg that you know of? Could you get a picture of her? Is she lethargic?

She's losing alot of back end feathers, has poop and a swollen back end.
