Help! Egg Laying Problems!

Hello
My Buff Orpington hen had a broken egg, and later passed the papery, empty, shell about a month ago. And ever since has only been laying about an egg a week.
And then again today she had a broken egg and the passed the papery, empty shell a few minutes later.
Just turned 1.

Hello.
My Buff Orpington hen, Bonnie, had a egg brake inside her and later passed the papery, slimy, empty shell; about a month ago, after that she had only been laying about an egg a week.
And then again today her egg broke inside her again and later passed the shell. I'm worried about my Bonnie. She was lethargic for a day after the first time it happened, but tonight she seems okay. Also, she just turned 1 last month so she's not old.
I've owned chickens, ducks, guineas for about 3 years and have never had anything like this happen before.
Does anyone have any suggestions or help??

PLEASE HELP ME! It's been several weeks, and she still hasn't laid an egg!
