Help egg pip yesterday at 2:30 PM and still hasn't zipped!!!

Hello I seen where my egg has piped yesterday at 2:30 PM. It hasn't done anything else it's been 18 hours. Should help this little guy out or leave him?

I would leave it alone and let it do it's thing. Sometimes it takes longer than 24 hours for them to get out.

It is probably still absorbing the yoke and resting. Breaking out of an egg is exhausting and some chicks take their sweet time making it happen.

Okay do I start to worry after 24 hours

Now my power went out. So I carefully moved the eggs to the car plugged the incubator in hoping for the best!
