I endedbuo separating 7 of my girls. My local tractor supply only had vet 3rd in stock and a soluble med that was not meant for upper respiratory, so I fixed that for them last night and went to the city to get tylan today. 2 or my girls look and act much better this morning but I'm gonna keep them in isolation for a,mother day or 2 to see if symptoms come back

. I ended up getting Tylan 50 and separating her and cleaning the coop and feed dishes etc.. The Tylan is an injection so I bought an eye dropper and put 3 drops on a piece of bread and she ate it. She woke up with clearer eyes but still there. Thank you so much for your advice!! This is an awesome site! I LOVE BYC!! :)

You can give injectable Tylan 50 1/2 ml for under 5 pounds, and 1 ml for over 5 pounds, twice a day by mouth for 3 to 5 days. For bantams, give 1/4 ml. Tylan 200 is 4 times stronger--200 mg per ml as opposed to 50 mg per ml.
