Help! First time hatching!

Ok... Done... Really started squirming after I took this picture. Like foot out of the hole!!!

She is in a brooder coop alongside the main coop, (on the left, alpaca pen on the right) I put up a wind break and put a heat lamp out there, did and water that chicks could get access to. Under the lamp is warmer than the rest, but it's a barn that's over 100 years old, so it's super drafty

Ok... It's the next morning... And e have toes and a beak, lots of chirping!!! But still no zipper....

Little toes sticking out, chances are you are going to have to help. I would go ahead and start an assist making a zip lie around the egg, stopping if there is any sight of veining or blood. If you chip first the shell, you can moisten the membrane and make sure there are no veins before going through the membrane. That's what I would do. Other option, leave it alone and see what happens.

Sorry I couldn't update sooner! We did it! Poor little chickie got it's leg stuck out of the hole, I was able to 'zip' for it and once that was done I gently helped the leg back in and POP! Not even 10 minutes later we were out! No yolk butt, all healed, so was definitely ready! Thanks so much for the help!
My youngest named this one peanut....
Here are all the hatchlings together.... Acorn, walnut, peanut, and almond!!!
