Help! first time hatching!

Hey, does anyone live in the Midwest or Wisconsin? Because it is finally starting to warm up!!! How old should the duckings stay in the brooder before moving them in with the parents (fully grown ducks)
 
Oh sorry this isn't my egg... It was on a website and I just wanted to know if that seemed accurate or not. Because mine just a lot like it but the air cell is normal

That egg actually has some very good veins, jus what you want, I would be a little concerned about the yellow spot on the bottom, I wonder if they are candling it from the smaller end or the air cell?
 
I think the air cell is what they said this morning. And yeah then my eggs are in good shape
 
Not the greatest pic, but I took it this morning. Final hours of day 12. I took a video too, but I haven't found a way to upload it yet.
Will see if I can add it. I suppose different types of ducks develop differently, but this is what mine looks like.


Do you have that egg on a turner in the upright position?
