Help! first time hatching!

I am worried that the black area is the body and that it possibly does so any answer would be great!!! I am patient but this is unbearable!!! It is taking forever!

Found the nest... it's a Muscovy mama, but that is not a Muscovy duckling! Looks like my Peking has been with the wrong group, lol.

Ok because I am worried that my male duck will kill them after hatching

I would leave him, he's there as your guard dog..

Could have hatching issues but right now THAT egg is Very GOOD, making excellent progress.

Hey, does anyone live in the Midwest or Wisconsin? Because it is finally starting to warm up!!! How old should the duckings stay in the brooder before moving them in with the parents (fully grown ducks)

Yes because the ducks were so happy to see a PUDDLE and were rolling in it!!!! I couldn't resist they are still sitting and being GREAT mommas
